Well there's a lot to unpack there, some of which seems to me to be strange that you find relevant to mention, e.g "known biological differences"? (Like what? skin pigmentation? Propensity to certain medical conditions? Something more sinister perhaps?) - or that you think race might explain development differences between nations, which tells me you might hold some pseudo-scientific views on the capabilities of different races.

Leaving that aside, inequalities between races should be highlighted, (surely that's what BLM is about) so that such inequalities can be redressed. Emphasizing "differences" instead of "inequalities" seems to me to be going down a route that seeks to justify these inequalities, which in reality aren't based on (pseudo-scientific) "differences" but are based on historical processes (to be fair you do allude to capital accumulation) and social constructs that served wealth and power.

To be honest, I think the world needs a lot less discussion about the "differences" between races, and a lot more emphasis on our shared humanity.
