Yeah, its quite likely the UK will fragment over the next decade. The only question is will an increasingly authoritarian Tory party allow the other nations to depart? A Labour/SNP coalition in 2024 might facilitate a referendum in Scotland, otherwise its hard to see the Tories allowing one.
